Use this page for account access, message delivery, API, webhook, billing, app, and operational questions. For urgent production-impacting issues, include the affected mailbox address, approximate time, and what you expected to happen.

What to include
- Your account email and the affected MonsterMailbox address, if relevant.
- Message IDs, webhook endpoint names, timestamps, or CLI output that identifies the issue.
- What happened, what you expected, and whether the issue is still happening.
- Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, or unrelated customer data.
Privacy and security
Support may ask for mailbox names, timestamps, message IDs, or sanitized error details. MonsterMailbox support will not ask you to send credentials or private keys through this page.
